I am posting this in response to some questions I have received lately, and I have been posting on Imfaceplate in response to peoples questions regarding traffic exchanges and safelist. Basically the questions I have been getting sent to me and the discussions I have been involved with on Imfaceplate are asking, how do I make traffic exchanges and safelist work for me to make money online?

The answer to this question is the same no matter what marketing strategy you are using, I do not care if it is text ads, banner advertising, blogs, seo, google adsense, article writing, traffic exchanges or safelist. Almost ALL advertising works, if you learn it, master it, and apply it often. You can not expect to get results from any advertising if you are not using it regularly, traffic exchanges and safelist are no different, you can not expect traffic exchanges to work for you if you are only surfing or buying credits once a week, or a few times a month. Your online business or web offering is like a pinhead in a haystack, literally, and not everyone you show your business to, will want your offerings, and you wont find the ones that do, by advertising a little here and there. There are to many other online marketers who are serious about their business, and build thousands of daily visitors, and remember you are in competition with them.

So this is why some people experience success with building an online business and why some do not, I get results everyday, why am I different then someone who says safelist and traffic exchanges dont work? Because I went through two years of very little results, and started to listen when people told me to build my email list and build traffic everyday. It took me a while to stop trying to recreate the wheel, I was kind of thickheaded……….lol. I personally use every traffic resource on my blog here, and every resource provides me results otherwise I would not use them. The difference is, I mastered the marketing resources I am using, and use them everyday to build my email list. Yes, I build traffic everyday, I do not stop to look around and see what is happening, I just build traffic to my opt-in pages, thousands of visitors a day. Some will, some wont, so what………..just keep building traffic and you will find the ones that will.

You must build up massive amounts of traffic to consistently get results. How do you accomplish this, either by clicking for credits or buying the advertising. I seen this comment on IMfaceplate in one of the groups I am in “I know that free advertising just does not work”. The contributor is right and wrong. Free advertising does work, but you will be glued to your computer 24/7 to get any real results at first. Using both free and paid, I mean hey if someone is going to give me 500 banner views for signing up, yes, I am absolutely going to use them, but I am not going to rely on just that advertising, I will build and buy more. Remember the pin head in the haystack. I put a post on my blog a while back, about how I got over 50 referrals in three days using a bunch of free to join text ad exchanges, that also gave free solo ads. Well, I really did get over 50 referrals and about 12 paid referrals out of the free advertising I listed, I used everything that was available free first to test the waters and get to know how these particular text ad exchanges worked, then I upgraded in some and added an email into my series promoting them to build up more traffic in them. Now when I log in them, I have received even more free solo ads, textads, banner ads etc, and commissions. This is the greatest thing about traffic exchanges and safelist, text ad exchanges, if you have a process in place, the results you start to get will eventually reproduce your effort and ten time more, with out you having to do any additional work!

To make money online with safelist, traffic exchanges and any other forms of marketing you simply must use your traffic credits to build a list of leads, you must leverage your time with viral marketing, and you must have a product that creates up front income and a sales funnel.

My 30 Day Traffic Exchange Challenge…Day 30

Holy crap, what a ride so far! This 30 day challenge has been enlightening, invigorating and inspiring to say the least! I will have to continue on with the challenge, because one of my goals was to find and inspire 5 other people to take this journey with me, and only two so far have risen to the occasion, so onwards until I find 5. I told you in the beginning, I will help you step by step, day by day, I do not quit…….together we will build our businesses and aspire to be more!

Here is what I did today my friends.

1. I surfed 13 traffic exchanges for a total of 211 clicks in each, plus a few others for some miscellaneous credits.

2. I sent out emails ads in 6 safelist, and clicked for more credits.

3. Really……It is never to late to start!! I am still working on finding my 3rd person to take on this challenge with us. I know you have it in you….Please come join us, it is invigorating to the soul to challenge yourself, not to mention it helps the old pocket book, the holidays are coming fast upon us. I will find you, I know you are out there……Please come join us, it is never to late to start. I thought I would have an easier time, finding people who would join me in this quest, willing to aspire to more and challenge themselves? I am out of time and only found 2 of the goal I set of 5, so I will continue with this challenge until we meet.

I will be here to help you the whole way, day by day, step by step.

My 30 Day Traffic Exchange Challenge…Day 25

It is building……..Yes we are building a giant snowball and we are pushing it closer and closer to the edge of the hill. With each day we remain consistent  in our effort, keep learning and applying we get our snowball that much closer. One day with enough day in and day out, our snowball will go over the edge and start to build up speed, it will be almost effortless and it will roll on its own! Thats what we are working for my friends……….

What did I do today??

1. I surfed 14 traffic exchanges for a total of 233 clicks in each one.

2. I played catch up with my safelist, I sent out email ads in 18 safelist, and clicked for more credits.

3. It is never to late to start!! I am still working on finding my 3rd person to take on this challenge with us. Had good results again today, I added 9 new subscribers to my email list, 1 new adsandcash member, 1 new TE Profits member, 1 new traffichoopla member, several more traffic exchange and safelist referrals+commissions. The most important thing, is I am getting more and more people that are in my downline getting very good results themselves, this is what I want to see.

Day 23, wow it is going by fast………we are almost there. I am glad I decided to do this challenge and have made myself stick to my goals, there is nothing more rewarding than setting some goals and staying the course, everything happens for a reason. This bears repeating….

My 30 Day Traffic Exchange Challenge…Day 19

Had another very busy day trying to finish catching up after my internet failure the other day, I also believe I finished emailing everyone back and posted the last of my comment responses.  Otherwise did a lot of work, but the internet was rather slow for responses today, so far credits were being used up real slowly everywhere in the exchanges, it happens sometime.
What I accomplished today in my 30 day traffic exchange challenge- My traffic exchange and safelist daily action plan

1. I surfed 18 traffic exchanges for a total of a 253 clicks in each, actually a few I surfed over 300.

2. I sent out email ads in 4 different safelist today, and clicked for more credits in each.

3. Yes, Yes……….I am still working on finding my 3rd person to take on this challenge with us. I know you have it in you….Please come join us, it is invigorating to the soul to challenge yourself, not to mention it helps the old pocket book, the holidays are coming fast upon us. I am sure there will be more results overnight, there always is, especially tonight because of how slow credits were being used up today in the traffic exchanges. I was also paid from trafficwave my autoresponder two days in a row, usually I get paid once every week, never so close together.

The answer to this is very obvious……………..it all depends on how bad you want it, because only you can determine the answer.

One of the problems facing new and experienced internet marketers is there are literally hundreds of thousands of affiliate programs, web businesses, get rich quick schemes and so on and so on. It will all really confuse you if you let it………………………………………………..you need to remember some key points in order to cut through all the garbage!

1. You will not get rich overnight, nor tomorrow or next week and definitely not by next month or the month after, it just does not work that way. (if you believe otherwise stick to buying lottery tickets you will have better luck)

2. Ignore the emails that talk about people making 152 thousand dollars last month or the ones where they made 23,000 yesterday, when people send emails like this they are talking about people who have a huge email list……..there is no way online to generate this kind of revenue overnight…….except if you all ready have a massive email list or your some spammer from russia sending out millions of  emails. So do not even visit the website it will just cause you more frustration.

3. Do not believe the hype, no matter what it says on the website, I do not care what they are promising you. There is only one way to generate thousands of dollars online that quickly and that again is by having a email list all ready.

4. Nobody is going to do all the work for you………..you will not get to sit back in an easy chair while some one else or some team makes you a fortune online, forget it. Next month or the month after there wont be a pile of money in your paypal account.

5. Sometimes it will seem like you are working for hours and hours and nothing is happening,  no referrals, no sign ups, no sales. Thats okay, this is the way a real business works, its not all fun and glory, sometime things are fast and furious other times its slow and boring. This is what separates the people who make a couple dollars online and when I say a couple dollars I mean 20 bucks, from the people who make their living online. I love when I get emails from people whining to me, I have worked for the last two months and I have not made any money yet, I am quitting, it just makes me laugh. I laugh not at them but because I do not understand how people really believe that they are going to make a bunch of money in such a short period of time. (especially when they had no experience)

6. Expect a learning curve, if you have no experience in business and do not understand delayed gratification and how a real business works, it will take you longer……………..because you have to learn to earn online. It is no different than going to college to become a mechanic, you can not expect to fix a car if you do not know how, or do not even know what a wrench is?????  If you do not know what an autoresponder is, obviously you wont know how or what to do with it.

7. You absolutely have to learn email marketing no matter what anybody or any website tells you. If you do not, you should just quit and save your self the anguish. My first two years online I made jack squat, and when I finally started to listen I made more in my next month then I did in the prior past two years combined.

8. It is easier and cost way less to follow someone else system then trying to create your own, you need a mentor and a system to learn the right process of how money is really made online first.

9. Stick to a marketing system until you master it, I dont mean to try it for a while and see if it works. I mean get your hands dirty and learn it one part at a time until you master it……….only then will money come more easy( I do not care if it takes you six months). I see way to many people dive in for a month or two only to give up and quit before they ever really know what the hell they are doing. I used traffic exchanges since day one online, remember I told you I made crap my first two years……….well I did not give up on them, I knew there was a reason there is hundreds of  them online. Because they work when you start listening and actually learn what it takes to make them work for you. All marketing is this same way, safelist, text ads, banner ads, you name it there are ways to master all of them and get extraordinary results!! (but you will never know if you give up)

10. Sell the shovels – Do Not Dig For Gold:   Niche marketing is a lot more difficult to learn, there are literally hundreds of thousands of websites all competing to sell the same stuff, and thousands more start up everyday trying to sell more of the the same stuff. But what is the one thing all websites need and need badly???????????????????????????????????????? I have a hint…………it is the same thing you need, Traffic!!

I really want to help people understand and learn what it takes to make a living online, to many people come online in hopes of adding on to their income and changing their life only to be seriously fooled into believing it will happen overnight or in a few months. Now for some it is possible, their background, desire, education, current finances enable them to experience success online relatively quickly. I was not one of those fortunate individuals and I had a huge learning curve of a little over two years (thick headedness, I thought my way was better). All I can say is I am certainly glad today I was not easily swayed in to giving up. I hope the information I put out here will help arm you, so when you feel like quitting you will remember that it really can work for you……….and that it really is up to you, know one is going to give it to you, no one else is responsible for it…………….YOU ARE……….so if you want it……..Go GET IT!
