I get asked this question a lot, why don’t you just get all your traffic from only a few traffic exchanges, why surf so many??

Traffic exchanges are like socks and underwear, you cant just have a few pairs, otherwise you will wear them out to quickly. LOL

Seriously, you need the diversity, otherwise you will be reaching the same audience way to often. I am a member of at least 80 traffic exchanges, and surf them all. I put them on a schedule and rotate through them each week. You create groups, and open up a group when your ready to surf each day, its actually really simple.

All traffic exchanges have a different size membership base of active surfers at any given time, they are referred from various sources. And every traffic exchange grows at different rates of bringing in new people to the market. Owners advertise in different places, some don’t advertise hardly at all. There are also higher and lower points of activity in each exchange depending on the time , day, week and so forth. The more new people coming in to the traffic exchange market the more responsive the traffic exchanges become. When there is a lot of new people in the market, getting new subscribers becomes very easy, when there’s not very many, you really have to work for every subscriber, sign up, etc, you get. Also the rate at which your credits are used up varies greatly from exchange to exchange, some whip through your credits as your surfing, others take days, sometimes weeks to use them up.

So based on all these factors and variables, I surf a lot of different exchanges, a few I surf daily but not many, only the ones with huge membership bases, like trafficswarm (over 400,000) , easyhits4u (over 350,000), just to name a couple. I see people all the time get hung up on surfing only a handful of exchanges, the same ones everyday, problem is a lot more of your credits will be wasted advertising to mostly the same people over and over again. When I first started using traffic exchanges, I kept surfing just a few over and over everyday, and after a few weeks I noticed my rate of new subscribers started to drop off greatly. It took me a while to figure it out, I started to join some new ones, and my rate would go right back up.

If your in the traffic exchange business or are using safelist it is important to use a lot of them (so get used to joining them it only takes a minute anyways), and create a system for rotating through them each week. This allows you to reach the greatest amount of new people coming into the market.

In reality there are many forms of marketing that work, and work very well. The key is learning as much about the specific marketing technique you are using and consistently using it, each and every day (become an expert at what you do). Knowledge is power and repetition is the mother of all skill. If you do something long enough, and learn everything about it, eventually you will get really good at it.

Take traffic exchanges or banner advertising, some people will swear by them, others will say they dont work. The Next 30 Days….Day 24

Everywhere and everyday! Yes, promote, promote, promote, this is what we do, we build ongoing daily traffic and we do not stop. We build our email list, and our list builds everything else. I didnt surf as many traffic exchanges today as I usually do, but I racked up thousands of safelist credits today, so tomorrow I will let you know how this turns out. This was my focus today, was to rack up as many credits in my safelist as I possibly could. Lets keep building those snowballs, one day, one step at a time, together we will win!

The Next 30 Days….Day 9

I am feeling very refreshed and energized after taking the whole day off on ThanksGiving, I way over ate of course. It was a very good day, nice and relaxing, gave me some time to really reflect on everything that is very important to me. Rested and recharged, I am ready to kick this challenge with myself into high gear! So yesterday I worked very hard, I surfed 15 traffic exchanges for over 400 clicks in each one. Sent out a ton of email ads through safelist, really had a productive day. I almost forgot, I also completed a cycle in Successquik, received 15,000 more free advertising credits and I got paid. The Next 30 Days….Day 4

It is only day 4 and I am feeling a little wore out already, but not defeated. I will pursue on………..

The Challenge
Imagine if you had the most amazing store that sold the most amazing products at the most amazing prices and you were in the middle of the desert nowhere near a road of any sort. How many sales do you think you could make? Exactly, NONE!

This is your business with no traffic. Even a huge multi-million dollar department store would close if they opened one in the middle of nowhere. These stores are positioned in high-traffic, high visibility, densely populated metropolitan areas. How can you do the same?
The Solution
Drive ongoing daily traffic to your business, day in and day out, build your traffic business first, always, last. This is what we are accomplishing, building, learning, and applying. It is like making a giant snowball, that one day will roll on its own, right now we are pushing it. We are building a traffic machine, by using, referring, teaching, success will come, it will not elude us, because we do not quit……..We are winners!

These second round of goals have really been a struggle so far, but I will prevail.

My 30 Day Traffic Exchange Challenge…Day 34

Are You following, implementing and working a daily action plan that will build you internet marketing profits? Are you Teaching this plan to others? Do You Want To Quit Or Do You Want To Win?? I have asked myself this many times, every time I had a pity party for myself whenever I wasnt getting the results I wanted……………I learned I had to hustle no matter what, it will come, just stay at it, long enough and hard enough and you will get really good at it.

Now on to today’s actions,  I really surfed quite a bit…

1. I surfed 14 traffic exchanges ranging from 250 clicks to 570 in each one. My wrist is soar!! I am a paid member of residualquik , have been a member for a long time, and just realized you can surf it like a traffic exchange, so I surfed it for 100 clicks as well.

2. I sent out email ads in 2 safelist, and clicked for more credits in each.

Today’s results are in, I added 2 new subscribers to my email list, 1 new TE Profits member, 1 new 10K team member, 2 new viralmailprofts members, 1 new $5 ebook sale (OBA), 1 new instantsplash referral, 2 new adsandcash members and 1 paid, 2 new residualquik members both upgraded, 2 new successquik members both activated in the matrice (upgraded). When building your email list, it is not always what you did today that counts when seeking results, it may be what you did two days ago, or maybe a week or a month ago. If you are building ongoing daily traffic to your opt-in pages, the results will come, just do not stop, everyday do something to build your business…….Hustle, move, something! Trust me some days will outright suck, nothing will go right, other days you will be pinging off the walls, because you got some results. The main thing I can get across to anyone reading this, is follow a daily action plan no matter what, and stick to it, even when you think nothing is happening………the profits will come. Keep growing your snowball a little bit everyday.

My 30 Day Traffic Exchange Challenge…Day 33

Another amazing day in traffic exchange land, and another day closer to our dreams and goals. Everyday we build traffic, habits of success, and direct that traffic to building our email marketing list. Our focus, build relationships, help others, learn and then teach. Nothing is out of our reach but yet sometimes everything seems so far away, this is why we must do it one day at a time, one step at a time, everyday, as to not lose our focus and get distracted from what is important. Apply what you learn and teach what you have done………this is our way.

Well then, I got a few things accomplished today, I grew that snowball a little bigger.

1. I surfed 13 traffic exchanges for 206 credits in each. This part gets easier everyday, after 33 days straight surfing for this many exchanges and clicks, I think I could do it in my sleep. Doing something over and over and long enough, your bound to get good at it.

2. I sent out email ads in 4 different safelist, and clicked for more credits.

My 30 Day Traffic Exchange Challenge…Day 26

I had a lot of challenges today, try to get in the way of me completing my goals for the day, I was still able to get everything done. Having a problem with one of my email providers, I am getting a ton of spam, so spent a lot of time trying to sort through to find my important emails. I will have to work on it some more today. Other than that, we keep moving forward……day after day and one step closer.

Here is what got accomplished.

1. I surfed 18 traffic exchanges for a total of 205 clicks in 13 of them, and 116 clicks in 5 others.

2. I sent out email ads in 4 safelist, and clicked for more credits.

3. Really, It is never to late to start!! I am still working on finding my 3rd person to take on this challenge with us.
