The Next 30 Days….Day 20

Indeed it does! Organization will only help you in your endeavors online to be more successful, not only will it save you time, but also increase your productivity. There are many online marketing tools that were created to help you do things faster, simpler, so that you can spend more time doing the things that really make you more money. I try to organize everything I possibly can, from writing down all my log ins and referral I.d.s to bookmarking everything in specific groups, anything that can speed up my access to the programs and important sites I use. We all are very busy the way it is, there is no sense wasting time trying to find something when you can set it up to be at a mouse click or a flip of a page.

I can not stress enough the importance of taking some time to get organized, and if you start that way from the beginning and keep your self that way, it will become a habit, and success will come that much faster. Another thing that organization helps with, is information overload, it is easy to become stressed out when you have papers lying all over the place, cant find anything, have to constantly have your usernames or passwords emailed to you because you cant remember them. You will also get a lot more accomplished each day, when you have written tasks for the day, your daily action plan, this helps you to not become side tracked and go off into lala land, I know I have done it a million times before I started writing an action plan for the day.  I would start doing one thing, and two hours later be doing something I never intended to do, and realized I didnt get sh#t accomplished that was actually productive. The way I figure it, everyday that I can save 20 or 30 minutes, is 20 or 30 minutes more I can spend building traffic, and if you add up all those 20 and 30 minutes I would have lost each day for an entire year, thats a lot of lost income, because that would have been time I was just wasting, doing something that wasnt productive. I have it set up now, that as soon as I sit at my computer in the morning that with in 5 minutes I am surfing 13 traffic exchanges, it is the first thing and the last thing I do each day.

A very wise man once told me , well several times actually before it sunk in. Write it down! Your goals, your focus, your daily action plan, what you need to get accomplished each day. I know you can remember it, ya, ya, I said the same thing, now seriously, WRITE IT DOWN!

Some Ideas

Write it down, keep everything in notebooks organized

Bookmark everything in groups

Use tabbed browsing, such as mozilla firefox, crazy browser, google chrome

Create email filters

Automatic form fillers, a click of your mouse and you have just joined that new traffic exchange (no typing)

Save everything you write for future use (copy and paste)

Protect your computer, (dont want your computer taken over or crashed) theres a lot of lost time

Triple Your List is a list building program that you can find in many of  the downline builders that are associated with the programs we use. You can log into Listjoe……..and put your cursor on the link at the top labeled other listbuilders then click on the link recommended list builders and that will bring you to another page, scroll about halfway down the page and you will find the link to join. Triple Your List has been around for a while, but it works very effectively without having to promote it at all.

Simply sign up for Triple Your List and enter your member username in your Listjoe back office, as well as in any other downline builders like vitalviralpro, there is a place to enter your info. As other people sign up to these programs under you, they will be signing up to Triple Your List under you.

Here’s what you need to do with your leads…

Read the note and then continue. Once on the import page click on the link for training articles and read the article “How Do I Import Leads Into My AutoResponder?” Then go back to the import page and enter your leads.
The format for entering leads is name, email address

Enter the first names and email addresses in the block and click on “submit.”
On the next screen you will define the columns. You should have three rows, and two columns. Each row is for one lead, so if you had ten leads you would have ten rows then.
The first column is “full name”. The way your teprofits campaign is set up we only collect the first name, but the field is full name.
The second column is “email address”.

The leads will be required to confirm their subscription, but with the welcome email the opt in is pretty good.
The only leads I import are the ones from Triple Your List that are “cycled” leads.  If it is a “direct lead” I assume they are already on my list.
As more and more people sign up for triple your list you will cycle faster. Just keep adding your new leads to your list.

How Do I Get Better Results With Traffic Exchanges?

I know a lot of you visiting this blog are all ready using the same system as me, so some of what I am going to cover today you may know, but for those of you landing on this blog for the first time, I am going to go over how I personally use traffic exchanges and what specific techniques I use to get results and profit. All the steps that we use are listed on the right hand side of this blog, today I am going to talk about my surf patterns a little bit more and what I try to accomplish each day, plus review some basics.

What are you advertising in your traffic exchanges?

1. You need to use a splash or squeeze page to get any results period, if you are still advertising your affiliate link or main website link and not working to build an email marketing list, you are wasting your time! People who are surfing traffic exchanges are not looking to buy, they need something to catch there eye that will give a solution to there problems (lack of traffic and lack of sales) You get them more information by them subscribing to your TE Profits report.

Some of you may be saying “I am using splash and squeeze pages but I still am only getting dismal results”

How much are you really surfing?

One of the things I have noticed having built up quite a large downline in many traffic exchanges online, is there is only a small percentage that surf very often. In a lot of traffic exchanges you are able to view your downline’s surfing record, by looking at this record I can see who is getting results and who isn’t by how much they are actually surfing.

2. You need to surf consistently on a regular basis, I get very good results because I work hard…….I surf at least 20 to 30 different traffic exchanges a day almost 7 days a week, at least 100 credits per exchange a day. Some people will email me and say they are working very hard and not getting any subscribers to their list.  All I need to do is go to the traffic exchanges and look how much they are surfing and most of the time its the people who have not even activated their traffic exchange account all the way yet, which is usually about only 25 clicks. Most traffic exchanges you have a small number of clicks you must surf before your account is fully active (meaning your site can receive visitors)

How many traffic exchanges are you surfing each week?

There is a reason I have listed 40 traffic exchanges in step number one, you need the diversity of many traffic exchanges to reach a much broader range of people. People start to really get hooked on certain exchanges and they tend to just keep surfing the same ones over and over. I dont want a few people who surf like crazy to eat up all my credits looking at my site over and over on one or two days, I like to make sure I spread my credits out so a more variety of people see my splash pages everyday.

3. You need to surf many different traffic exchanges to make sure you are not just surfing and showing the same people over and over your squeeze pages. How do I accomplish this, I start off surfing 12 different exchanges when I reach 100 credits in each, I change them until I have 12 more lined up and this way I keep rotating through all of the traffic exchanges I am a member of. Some of the traffic exchanges have a requirement of a minimum number of pages you must surf in a month to keep your account fully active (again receiving traffic).  You want to make sure you are exposing your splash and squeeze pages to as many new people as possible. I surf over 65 different traffic exchanges every week.

***There is one (exception) one traffic exchange that I absolutely surf always, my browser is always opening up TrafficSwarm I have a category devoted to learning how to use it here Not because it is my favorite, it is because there are over 500,000 members and it provides better than average results–!

I keep my sites on 100 % auto assign for credits and save up all my bonus credits or referrals credits and assign them on  days I know I am going to be busy or gone. This way my pages are being seen 7 days a week. I do the same with my credits for being a upgraded member, I assign them on days I cant surf as much, or on a weekend I know I am going to be gone.

Are you keeping your splash and squeeze pages fresh?

If people keep seeing the same page month after month it will tend to get old, even in traffic exchanges where new people are joining everyday. TE Profits provides us with exceptional splash and squeeze pages free, tied to our own autoresponder.

4. Rotate your splash and squeeze pages to keep them fresh, I use a lot of squeeze pages . You can also join a site like instantsplash.com and create some of your own, very easy to do.

Are You Tracking Your Efforts?

Track your marketing, all professional marketers know in order to get better results they must find out what is working and what is not.

I have been using safelist for quite along time and have always had good results from them. I had learned early what you can and can not advertise in them to get results and sales. In order for safelist marketing to work you can not just advertise any old thing you want. I am going to list below some of the main marketing techniques you must use in order to get better results.

I know a lot of you have used safelist in the past only to get dismal results, actually getting sales from safelist you have to use a marketing approach you may or may not understand yet. Most peoples response is to advertise main product pages for there websites or affiliate programs, this I can tell you will not work! So here are some of the things that will help you increase your sales and finally get results from them.

**You need two good email addresses, one for your contact email and one for your subscribe email. I recommend using gmail for your subscribe email and then setting up email filters for all your email. Anybody who is serious about making more money online should be setting up email filters……it will save you oodles of time.

1. You must use safelist to build your email marketing list, email marketing is the only way to create long term wealth online. So you need an autoresponder.
